2026 Horse Show Packages

I am excited to be photographing at some of New England's premier open shows this year. Please note that the only way to guarantee your rides are captured is to purchase one of these packages in advance. I will not be photographing all competitors.

PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE FOLLOWING WHEN MAKING A BOOKING (you will be prompted for extra information when you make the booking):

  • 1. RIDER INFORMATION: Rider name, identifiers (if you have a really cool show coat/shirt or saddle pad, now is the time to tell me!)

  • 2. HORSE INFORMATION: Name, color/markings/relevant identification (there are a lot of bays, so please be descriptive!)

  • 3. BACK NUMBER: If known.

  • 4. CLASS NUMBERS: Divisions help, but please also provide class numbers.

  • 5. ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: Details/moments you want captured specifically, etc.

Example: Sara Klimek (classes 7, 9, 11), riding English, wearing a pink shirt with a blue coat. Horse is LER Terrific Rhythm (Paint gelding with four white socks and white spot under his mane. He is very handsome and he knows it.)

FAQs
You've got questions, and I hopefully have answers.
Does the rate cover both candids and action shots?
It does! I will be the ring(s) most of the day and will try to capture as many candid moments as I can. If you would like something specifically captured, please let me know in the booking notes.
Why do I have to pick a time - and does it matter which time I pick?
This is a function built into the portal that I, unfortunately, can't override (long story short: They don't make photo systems for horse show photographers). You can pick ANY of the listed times, I will still be there to capture all of your rides, regardless of the time.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
I aim to get photos back to clients within a week, hopefully sooner. You may get some sneak peeks sent to your email, so keep your eye out for them.
Where can I access my photos once they are ready to view?
A private gallery will be emailed to the address that you provide when you sign up. If you have any technical difficulties, please send me an email ([email protected]) or use the Contact tab of the website to get in touch with me.
Do you sell print products?
Unfortunately, not at this time. These packages are only digital downloads, meaning you can save them, share them, post them on social media, or print them yourself. If you want to print them, I recommend using Nations Photo Lab ... they run sales often!
Do you want credit when I share or post these images?
Credit would be great, but that is not required. The images are not watermarked and you are free to use them in whatever way you see fit (seriously). That said, if you do tag my socials (@saraklimekmedia), I may repost or reshare them.
What happens if you don't capture at least 10 images?
I will happily offer a partial/full refund if I am not able to capture at least 10 images per day (30 for TSHA 3-day shows).
When do photo sign-ups close?
24 hours before the show.
